Η LA CIGALE DOREE, μία ΜΠΙΣΚΟΤΟΠΟΙΙΑ η οποία εδρεύει στην περιφέρεια Gemenos της νότιας Γαλλίας, δημιουργήθηκε το 1964 και εξαγοράστηκε από τον Michel Bohé το 2004.

Αναγνωρισμένη στους Γαλλικούς και διεθνείς επαγγελματικούς κύκλους ζαχαροπλαστικής, ειδικεύεται στην παραγωγή επαγγελματικών «ημιέτοιμων» προϊόντων (έτοιμων προς γέμιση).

Στην γκάμα της εταιρίας περιλαμβάνονται σαβαρέν, «μπαμπάδες», έτοιμο παντεσπάνι ζαχαροπλαστικής, κελύφη μακαρόν κ.α.

Όσον αφορά στους «μπαμπάδες», είναι η μοναδική παραγωγός 8 διαφορετικών τύπων «μπαμπά» προσαρμοσμένων σε διαφορετικούς τύπους κατανάλωσης.

Το έτοιμο παντεσπάνι της εταιρίας αναγνωρίζεται ως το καλύτερο της Γαλλικής αγοράς, ενώ μπορεί να παραχθεί σε θερμοκρασία περιβάλλοντος καθώς και κατεψυγμένο.

Το κατεψυγμένο παντεσπάνι της εταιρίας, ως ένα ομοιογενές προϊόν, καταψύχεται στους -18ºC έως το εσωτερικό του σε λιγότερο από 2 λεπτά, με τη μέθοδο της κρυογενετικής.

Τα κελύφη μακαρόν της εταιρίας εξάγονται σε ολόκληρη την Ευρώπη.

Το 2018 η LA CIGALE DOREE εκκίνησε την παραγωγή της δικής της βιοτεχνικής μάρκας μπισκότων, υπό την γνήσια επωνυμία ‘La Cigale BISCUITIER CREATEUR’ για την λιανική αγορά.

Την ίδια χρονιά τιμήθηκε με το χάλκινο μετάλλιο του MEDAILLE DE BRONZE PRIX EPICURES DE L’EPICERIE FINE για το προϊόν της P’tits sablés Herbes de Provence et Parmesan AOP.
